Flipkart should stop harrasing customers.
The Issue
Story :
Flipkart.com has blocked my account saying I'm not using it for personal use . when I challenged their decision they have no proof to justify their decision but keep on sending same message saying "You are not using account for personal use". I wasted some more time and finally got call from Backend team repeating the same words .
I've no clue how to take it forward .
Now , comes the harassment part .
There is some due of 158 rupees on flipkart pay Later which can be paid only when i can login into flipkart . I started receiving mail saying " You have missed due date " . As a bonus I'm receiving minimum 3 automated voice calls and 1 call from Flipkart team . Every time the guy on the other side says that they will check and revert but eventually different person calls and repeats the same story without solving anything.
Recently people on call started saying we have sent a link you can pay through that .Few times I wasted time explaining them that it is asking flipkart login and account is blocked .
Now apart from this I'm receiving a mail daily stating : "
Your Flipkart Pay Later payment of Rs. 558 has been outstanding for over 48 days Your account has been under serious non-payment issues since September 2019. A penalty of Rs 200.000 has been added to your due amount. An additional penalty may be charged on non-payment of dues. Please settle the dues to avoid serious repercussions out of legal action.

I contacted via social media and there is no resolution .
I know there are frauds happened against flipkart . You have blocked my account (may be you have a dumb algorithm to find fraud )that is also fine . Who has given you right to harass me ?
Here are the different cases where I've seen where flipkart is harassing customers :
1) Account blocked and pending due of amount via pay later
2) Account blocked and customer added gift vouchers he received ( I saw on twitter people saying they have added 30,000 gift voucher and account is blocked and flipkart is not responding . You are harassing for 158 rupees but you won't give 30,000 to customer).
3) When we purchase a good online generally we don't maintain invoice . When account is blocked Flipkart is unable to assist with missing invoice.
Request to government :
Please take appropriate action against flipkart for harrasing and wasting a lot of time of its customers
and
please impose rules on account creation like what we have for wallets like minimum kyc and full kyc . This will help Flipkart as well as the poor real customers whose accounts are getting blocked due to inefficient spam finding algorithm of flipkart
