Hello All, this is Sachin Govande, I have been working for the Rights, Welfare and Rehabilitations of Living Orphan, Single Parents, Care Leavers , in Orphanage, Children's Care Homes Children's since last 20 years, Having observed them closely for so many years. I have seen their Grief, Problems and hardship and I have got 1% reservation for Orphan Childrens in Maharashtra.

In our India, Lakhs infants and kids upto 18 years ( even with single parents ) are Living in Orphanage, Children's Care Homes, Living on Streets as beggar's of are victims of Child Labours.

Implementation of a All Juvenile justice (Care & Protection of Child) Acts, Central Model Rules - 2016 , Orders of Hon'ble Bombay High court and others Courts, Children's Policys, all State Government Orders (G.R.) and Beggar's Rehabilitations Acts are not sadly helping these children to become a skilled youth, to get jobs, education, vocational education, after care facilities and really Rehabilitations. They are Living in a helpless and pathetic condition.

So, we requesting to The Minister of Women and Child Development Department, Govt. Of India ( Hon'ble Smt.Smurti Irani Ji ) to offer 2% National Level Reservation in all Jobs, Education and in all Govt.Schemes for Orphan Childrens and as well as Children's of One Parents. It will make a huge difference, will be a great help and a good move to become to Rehabilitations Lakhs of Orphans kids.
