Hi,

We are seeking refund from the company "Eco Travels Ltd" for cancellation of the flights and not operating. 

We all waiting for the refunds since  9 week to 6 months of flight cancellation. Most of us tried contacting them and they end up making fake promises. No definite answer been given to us about the refunds. Now even they don;t attend the call.

Their is no transparency from Eco travel in dealing with their customers

It put lot of financial hardship on the families as there money is blocked with Eco-travels. This put lot of pressure among families that they are not getting their refund from the travel agents.
