• Speak in Bahasa and English is a must
• Enhance the quality of teachers through training and workshops
• Recruit and develop young Malaysian as a teacher so that they can teach and empower students in-low-income communities.
• Build a movement of education champions to facilitate collective impact so that it can give transformation to the education eco system and society.
• Understanding more clearly what and who they are so that they can more wisely build the future.
• Focus more on practical subjects
• Provide consistent program for students
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and involved in public speaking
• Enhance the quality of teachers through training and workshops
• Exercises need to be done in school.
