All change on the AHAR Board of Trustees yet again. The new Chairperson is someone who has been actively involved at the fairs and knowingly allows his daughter to be used in staged photographs for fake 'rescues'. At Milltown Fair 29th April, a black and white Staffie is shown on the AHAR page at 10.37 am in the white van, then shown with latest Chairperson's daughter at 11.52 am as if just rescued - (full story in Milltown Fair post). As you can see from our photographs and the AHAR page, there is a massive conflict of interest with Mr Kilpatrick as Chairperson as he and his family are so heavily involved with AHAR - including his son being employed at AHAR - working under the AHAR founder and current manager. We have had FIVE changes to Chairperson of the Board since 2017. Not to mention the numerous changes in other positions during this time. Why is that? We sincerely hope that ALL trustees have taken note of their LEGAL requirements, particularly as they are now LIABLE for any wrong doings. The manager is carefully protected by the current Board, who themselves are in the firing line for any misdemeanours. A high turnover of board members is a red flag. Such instability and lack of continuity makes it easier for the AHAR founder and current manager to act without consequences. •How was the Board decided? •Who voted on each member and change of Board positions? •Or was it a Board that the manager personally chose?
