We are absolutely delighted to learn today that the Charities Regulator has appointed David Hall and ISPCA chief Andrew Kelly to the board of AHAR. As AHAR have failed to agree and formalise these appointments, it’s now thought legal action will commence. 

Hopefully now we will see some real action and justice for the souls who suffered at AHAR and accountability for those who were responsible for it either by action or failure to ensure safety or welfare in the custody of AHAR. We welcome a full and transparent enquiry into the neglect and abuse at AHAR 

We have further evidence to present to the DOA and ISPCA and an eye witness account of conditions of animals, particularly equines,  that were at AHAR  last year, with supporting video and still photograph evidence, we hope this will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with legally, appropriately and accordingly.
