Councillor Jenny McKay posted the update, below, on the deadlines for state government responses. We will post the outcome of their decision as soon as we can after 12 November.

❗MALENY SERVICE STATION – Clarification of Dates❗
Please note that further clarification is provided about the due dates for the State Government (SARA) to respond. 6 November 2018 is the date by which the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) has to provide SARA with a response. SARA then have until 12 November 2018 to provide Council with a notice of their decision.
