We need far harsher sentencing for offences of animal cruelty .A slap on the wrist and a fine  or lifetime ban is no longer acceptable . we need proper custodial sentencing to act as a real  deterrent.  These people who think they can get away with cruelty ,running puppy farms . etc must be stopped.
