My name is Adam Godley and my dad and mom are setting up this petition for me. My mom is including a very sad video, because my situation is quite upsetting. My parents love me very much but I and they, have had a very tough time of it because I have many special needs. So I need a lot of support that the Irish Government and the Irish Health Service, have failed to give me, for many years now.

This made my parents determined to fight for me, to help me, but now that has meant that the Government and the HSE got very angry with us all, and now we are all afraid of them. So much so that I can't attend school anymore, which makes us all sad and lonely.

So now we ask please that Ms Norma Foley, Minister for Health and the Dept of Education & the school too, to just uphold my rights as stated below:

'...Article 41.1. 1° of the Constitution "recognizes the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law", and guarantees its protection by the state...'

The school say that keeping me safe is their priority but in order to do so they must recognize that my mom and dad love me & must be allowed to protect me from harm.
