People are demoted for filter bypass. (See: WhySlime)

But if you have an Admin protecting you from punishment, you're allowed to break the communication policy -- something that leads to instant demotes and NB bans in severe cases (read: Necrai) -- with zero consequences.

Come on, Mineplex. Your upper staff aren't bad most of the time -- you've been doing acceptably well up until this point! It's like a tree, a beautiful tall tree, and the staff are the roots and the players are the leaves and branches that grow from your work.

Cut off the diseased roots before it destroys all of this work.

WhySlime:  Builder demoted for minor chat filter bypass
Fraya:  Resigned because bored/disgusted with Mineplex's staff team
