On the date of 04/25/2021 the user by the name HeyItsOzy was banned from Excavice SMP and muted on the discord in an unjust manner. this petition is a signing in all wishing for Ozy`s immediate return to both the SMP and the Discord. 

All individuals signing this petition are aware of the crimes ozy has committed on the server but believe his actions had riotous and just cause.

Ozys personal explanation appeal:

Let me explain the situation from the beginning. I had received a report from my friend Th3DarkDrag0n and Sinniffer that someone was mass killing in their town Solstice (Drag0n owns Solstice) he had told me that multiple sets of netherite armor were stolen off of his towns people and the mods were not helping. I had TPd to Solstice to investigate the problem, as soon as i had TPd I immediately was hit by a carrot sword taking a massive amount of damage. I was in possession of valuables that belonged to some of my friends. NEVER HAVE I USED HACKS BEFORE THIS INSTANCE!! I had told mod ricky that i run on a hacked client the day i joined the server because i use mobility mods to help me build in other servers. He explained to me that hacks were not permitted on the server even if used simply for building, i understood and continued playing as normal and grow as a community member. Me, Ricky, Angie, Undated, and Sinnifer have been working on making a new town for starter players to have a safe environment to get started on the sever. I have been building and even fighting off a few griefers without absolutely any hacks. I have made many friends on this server and do not want to lose my friends and the progress i've made. I was attempting to help a few respected members of the community and in the process felt that I needed to use speed to get away from this malicious player. I was standing next to ricky and had wrongfully assumed i was going to be ok. Ricky froze me and said he didnt want to ban me but he had to, and then pointed me into the right direction to dispute the ban. I know what i did was wrong, and i fully accept and understand rickys need to ban me within that moment. But i love the connections ive made in my time on this server, which is why i am sending an appeal for my Ban. Hopefully this situation can be resolved and i can get back to playing with my friends in a community ive grown to love.
