I am signing this petition in support of the Faculty Association and its proposals for full COLA and equitable longevity steps.  I pledge to Mind the Cap as long as we are denied these reasonable and equitable financial considerations for my dedicated work supporting students.  I will not be adding students above my maximum class requirement.  I sign this petition as an act of solidarity with the Faculty Association.
