PUNISH the Kuwaiti workers that killed 24+ bomb sniffing dogs!!

The Issue

PUNISH the Eastern Securities of Kuwait workers that killed the 24+ bomb sniffing dogs and remove the remaining dogs that are still in their possession!!

In June of 2016, workers in Kuwait killed at least 24 bomb sniffing dogs because their contract with Kuwait National petroleum Company (KNPC) ran out, and they were told they would not be needed any longer.

I/WE are petitioning Congress to pass a transient law protecting all animal(s) that are purchased from the U.S.A. and are sold to another country other than the U.S.A.  In other words, owners/companies that purchase animals from the U.S.A. must abide by the animal protection laws of the U.S.A.

e.g., in the U.S.A., this action would have warranted a felony animal abuse charge. Since these animals were purchased from the U.S.A., American animal anti-cruelty laws should transfer along with the animals (or DOGS in this case).  The animal owner/companies should be held to the same animal anti-cruelty laws of the country in which the animals originate from!!

Police at the Mina Abdullha police station filed a complaint.  The complaint needs to be followed through, and those responsible for killing the dogs need to be brought to justice!!

Then the U.S. Congress needs to pass a federal law whereby declaring all animals that are purchased from the U.S. are protected by U.S. laws!!!
