Move me and my family away from this convicted sex offender before he hurts me and my family.

The Issue

The 23-year-old from Bletchley told OneMK that she fears for the welfare of her family - particularly her nine-month-old daughter. The neighbour, who pleaded guilty to 10 counts of making indecent photographs of a child on December 1, 2014, has been waving wooden poles around, hovering outside the property in his boxers and has threatened to set his pit bull on the baby, the woman has claimed. On December 23, 2014, the neighbour was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court to a two year community order and a two year supervision order, was put on a Sex Offender Treatment Programme, given a Sexual Offences Prevention Order for five years and was put on the sex offenders list for five years. The mother, who moved into the privately rented property in August 2014, said: “My neighbour has been waving wooden poles around, hovering around outside my window and peering in. “He walks around our communal garden in just his boxers and is always snooping around my back door, hanging around outside late at night. “His friends even threatened to let their pit bull off the lead while my daughter was outside playing. “He is very intimidating and I feel like I’m in danger. On hot days I am sat indoors with the curtains closed in fear. “I feel like a prisoner in my own home because of his actions.” A letter issued to the woman by a local neighbourhood officer and seen by OneMK says: “After making enquiries regarding anti-social behaviour and intimidation suffered by the woman and her young child by a male who resides in a neighbouring flat it is my recommendation that serious consideration be given to facilitating a move for her away from this property. “As a local officer in the area, I am aware of the male in question and I feel there is a possibility he may pose a threat to the woman and/or her child.” A spokesman from Thames Valley Police said: “Thames Valley Police received a report on June 17 from a woman alleging that a man was behaving in an anti-social manner in Bletchley. “The victim was visited by local neighbourhood officers. The alleged behaviour did not meet the criminal threshold and officers offered the woman advice in relation to this report.” A council spokesman said: We have informed the woman of her right to make a homeless application if she believes her current housing is at risk. All options of accommodation will be discussed with her and she will be informed of the process that will follow any application made in line with homeless legislation. A formal decision will be made following any homeless application made. Based on the housing circumstances of the woman will be advised if the local authority do indeed have a duty to accommodate her. Since these reports from mk news the police have informed me that moving wayne is a option, and the police also confirmed this will not stop him being able to look through my windows ect as it is a communal area and he can say he is visiting his partner or a neighbour. So I will still be here in danger with at any moment he is able to return. I will be going to all bletchley schools on Monday as another lady has alleged that this man is hanging around a school in the area. Safeguarding my daughter and other people's children is my number 1 priority. Milton Keynes council have also said that we are not in danger enough for them to progress with our homeless application and have also said they may be able to help us with a council bond although this is still ongoing nothing can be confirmed to us.
