With work on the new development of Milton Keynes East now starting it is likely that an increased number of drivers will want to use Aldrich Drive and Portland Drive Willen as a rat run.  This is to avoid the Tongwell roundabout when it becomes one of the main links into the new development from the existing city.

We call on Milton Keynes Council to introduce speed reduction measures along both of these roads and on Carleton Gate, Millington Gate and Hooper Gate to deter drivers from using them as a rat run.
