First residential has been increasing the assessment fees and adding social assessment fees to cover the costs of the HOA including the water bill which on 3 separate times they paid water bill for a different community. The budget sheets provided by the manager Monique does not add up. The amount of accounts the use to calculate the income for the regular and special assessments are two different amounts which they should be the same along with it being lower than the amount of houses in the neighborhood.

This is costing the owners more than it should.
