Mikel was one of the hardest working leasing manager at Aspen Regency, and he was  wrongfully terminated from his job on the grounds of misconduct. However, we believe that Mikel is innocent and deserves justice.

According to our sources, Mikel was terminated without any concrete evidence against him.  STOP THE LIES! Not a single shred of evidence shared with him, and with us shows any proof of wrongdoing. 

Mikel has been an asset to the company for many years. He has always been punctual, dedicated and committed to his work. His termination has not only affected him but also his partner overseas, his family and most significantly a large number of current residents.

We urge the management of ASPEN REGENCY, BILLERICA DEVELOPERS LLC, GARDEN COMMUNITIES HR AND ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER to reconsider their decision and reinstate Mikel in his position with full benefits and compensation for lost wages during this period.

Furthermore, we demand a thorough investigation into the allegations made against Mikel so that justice can be served. It is crucial that companies follow due process when dealing with such matters as wrongful termination because that can cause severe consequences on an individual's career prospects.
