Hi everyone.

I have been in touch with the Portuguese lawyer working for PAN political party. He has informed me that there are elections this year and that after completing the work needed for this, he will be able to concentrate more on preparing this petition. He also says that he is going to be working for the Madeiran government in the future and that will make it much easier to introduce animal welfare laws. Great news!
