To have relevant parties to look into current commission structure as such instead of RM1000 per property, why not have tier i.e. low cost property min. RM3000 commission and min 2% for mid to high end range properties. Current real estate commission structure is way lower than expected.  Hence, if this continues there will be more and more illegal brokers or market spoilers will take advantage. Nevertheless, wages or salaries earner can might have increments annually why not real estate agents or negotiators too.
