Update...From the Students (Jaxon Clampitt):
Last year, many kids including myself, missed out on the opportunity to play sports.   Now, once again, our season is being canceled due to issues that we think we can help with!    Sports are what we love and we don’t want to miss an opportunity to help the Cape school district with future sports goals.   We feel many people are willing to help.  Please sign this petition for all of the Cape District kids in middle school who want to play spring sports.  

From the Parents:
As parents, we ask that you sign this petition in support of our children, our district and our administrators who have worked tirelessly throughout unprecedented conditions throughout the last year.   As we approach the one year mark of living through a global pandemic, we understand this new normal is challenging, but giving kids the opportunity to play sports, exercise and move their body in a safe and healthy way is vital to their future well being.  Please join us in reversing the decision to cancel spring sports in the Cape Henlopen School District.
