Microsoft support needs to get better. They rely on ai too heavily and need to hire more real people to help support people with problems. I was hacked and i had 2fa and verified phone number. When i proved i was the real owner they sent an automated response saying not enough information. Now when i open my laptop up, i see this popup saying verify your identity, co-pilot ads and even we need to verify your credentials this pop-up woll come periodically. I know many people struggle because of microsoft and that is why they need better support. I am still ongoing to recover my account as i have spent a lot of money on games and also grinded microsoft rewards. I will not lose my account like this.
