Develop a sequel to the Xbox cult hit Phantom Dust

Develop a sequel to the Xbox cult hit Phantom Dust
The Issue
Phantom Dust was a critically acclaimed and extremely imaginative real-time action/card game released for the original Xbox on March 15th, 2005. It was developed by Microsoft Game Studios and Yukio Futatsugi. Phantom Dust was highly original and featured not only incredible graphics for its time, but also an engaging storyline with excellent gameplay and a robust online infrastructure that provided near endless re-playability.
Yukio Futatsugi, the games producer and director, has expressed interest in creating a sequel in several different interviews:
[ "1UP: If you could find a way, would you make a sequel to Phantom Dust?
YF: I do want to. If I had a chance I'd want to make a sequel, and as a matter of fact I'd been planning the sequel. I wanted to improve the graphics and change the game rules a bit for the sequel. I had everything planned out in my mind for it." ]
[ "XP: Of course the questions we are all really dying to know...Do you foresee making another game with similar mechanics to Phantom Dust anytime soon? Do you think you'll ever revsit the Phantom Dust story or its characters?
YF: I really want to make a sequel to Phantom Dust!
More so than the game’s fictional world, I want to develop and grow the gameplay. (But of course I would also create a surprising new world and cast of characters for the sequel.) Even though I’m not sure what company I’ll do it at or for what hardware, I want to fight to bring a sequel out." ]
Currently, the IP is property of Microsoft Game Studios -- who have shown no signs of ever releasing any type of sequel.
Please, sign this petition if you would purchase a Phantom Dust sequel. Sign it, and let MGS know how beloved Phantom Dust was, and how commercially successful a sequel would be!
