Windows Phone was not a failure it is just a product that did not have the love it deserves, and which on the other hand deserves a second chance, since the OS is well optimized and has a lot of potential. the problem was the lack of developer support for the OS and which resulted in a huge lack of apps ( what Huawei managed to solve with mode constraints than Microsoft)

The purpose of this petition is to give a second chance to the mobile version of the operating system, which could potentially help Microsoft financially,and which could solve the apps problem by providing a mode of compatibility with Android applications.

Windows Phone n'était pas un échec, c'est juste un produit qui n'a pas eu l'amour qu'il mérite, et qui par contre mérite une seconde chance, vu que l'interface est bien optimisée et que le problème était le manque d'applications sur le Microsoft store ( ce qui s'est avéré relativement simple à Huawei qui a plus de contraintes que Microsoft 

Cette pétition a pour but de donner une seconde chance à la version mobile du système d'exploitation, ce qui pourrait potentiellement aider financièrement Microsoft et qui pourrait résoudre le problème d'applications en mettant à disposition un mode de compatibilité avec les applications Android.
