For years PlayStation 4 players have been able to utilise the use of the option file for PES games, whereas Xbox One players have not been able to do this. The gameplay for PES is known to be better than the FIFA series though the lack of official licenses has always been a turn off for many fans. 

The use of the option file on PS4 has helped gamers switch from FIFA to PES and I know that if the Xbox One was to also support this feature more people would inclined to purchase PES over FIFA on a yearly basis.
