We, the Calgary Armenians and Armenians from all over the world, demand that Microhard - Wireless Innovation immediately terminates the sales of the following Antenna Radio Transmitters and Amplifiers to Turkish military drone manufacturer BAYKAR DEFENSE and recalls the already sold systems.

Turkey has been providing military support to Azerbaijan in its aggression against Armenians in Artsakh since 27th September, 2020 [1]Turkey violated international laws of war, sending 2000 Syrian mercenaries to support Azerbaijan [2] Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch confirmed that residential areas and civilians in Artsakh were bombed with cluster munition [3,4]. Genocide Watch [5] and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan [6] declared that Azerbaijan is committing genocide in Artsakh.  

Turkey provides Bayraktar TB2 drones to Azerbaijan. In June 2020, the Defence Minister of Azerbaijan announced that Azerbaijan decided to purchase Bayraktar drones from Turkey [7]  During the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, Bayraktar TB2s have been used against Armed Forces of Armenia [8]. On 19 October 2020, a Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 was shot down by air defense weapons of Armenian Army over the skies of Nagorno Karabakh [9]. The fuel pump was identified as PN 50834 fuel system made by ANDAIR[10].

We ask you to follow the example of American Viasat [11] and Canadian Bombardier [12] that have stopped selling products to BAYKAR after learning about their improper use.
