Michigan's Oakland County family court judge - Lisa Gorcyca  - inexplicably and intolerably, decided that the father abusing their mother was no excuse for the kids refusing to be visited by their dad.

So she put a 9, 10 and 14 year old children - in prison.

Of all the options of ANY court, it simply can't be that the ONLY way to resolve the issue of 3 children, who witnessed their father abuse their mother, are to be Court Order - to like him and lunch with him.

This wacko judge could have ordered counseling and/or court supervised visitations. She had the ability to talk to the kids, with their father present and see everyone's reactions.

And it is downright absurd to jail them, due to family estranged - affairs.
