My Constitutional Rights were repeatedly Violated by Judge Margaret MS Noe (and subsequently replaced when Noe had been repeatedly been stopped and let go without prosecution for drunk driving, by Appointed Judge Anna Marie Anzalone (Mrs Tim Baughey) who repeatedly held Hearings which neither myself or my attorney were properly Served, Had me evicted from my farm at gunpoint then seized/stole (In business for 20 years at that time as Palustrine Farm Welsh Ponies) mine and my daughter's 27 Registered Welsh Ponies, all of our Farm Equipment and family antiques and auctioned them off. This Judicial Bullying for the benefit of the Ruesink Durbin Crime Family who had been the Judges clients for over a decade. Lenawee Circuit Ct 07-31859-DO .The Criminals then signed Oil  & Gas Leases with Savoy Energy for my 205 Acre Farm which is Entailed to The MacArthur Ruesink Trust Lenawee Deeds Liber 2409 Pg 0746-0754 and Revocable by Mutual Agreement ONLY! I have never broken any laws!! Additionally the Ruesink family attorney Priscilla Ruesink Jackso had a forged signature for a EDRO that took $400 dollars a month of my hard earned pension away and gave it to the fraud/criminal Paul Ruesink.
