In the interest of justice, a full public enquiry must be held into what on the surface is clear incompetence or corruption at the heart of the Scottish Crown Office. High court judge Lord Burns upheld Coulsons defences' motion that the lies he told in the Tommy Sheridan trial were not "relevant" to the case. This is despite the fact that TWO previous rulings by Lord Brailsford and Lord Bracadale clearly and precisely stated that terms of Coulsons evidence were both " legitimate and relevant" to Mr Sheridans defence. The Advocate Depute in the case against Coulson had a copy of these previous rulings in his possession yet failed to present them to Lord Burns to support the objection to the defence motion. WHY? Even a layman/woman can see that something is seriously wrong in this and must be investigated/exposed fully.
