Colorado lacks proper laws to protect animals against cruelty, it is time to create humane laws for animals. Dogs should not be caged in crates, where a dog can not even turn around, most states require cages or kennels to be a minimum 200 sqft (10'x20') outside, also must provide proper shelter from elements, such as sun, rain, especially freezing temps, proper water, and food. A committee needs to be formed to update Colorados outdated undefined laws to protect all animals in this state.
