I have emailed one of the many county attorneys (Dennis Kerbel) regarding the incorporation since I have most contact with him. I have asked him to either direct me to which county attorney can help us with this issue, or if he is the appropriate contact to schedule a meeting with him so that he can explain our options.
I have also contacted Attorney David Winker who is working with the Save Calusa community to see if he would be interested In meeting with us and helping us navigate this issue.
I will keep everyone up to date as soon as I receive any word from either attorney.
My goal Is to set up a community meeting where we can discuss with the attorneys what our options are, and if this is reversible at this point. If it is not then we will need to organize our efforts to counteract what the PAC Is doing.
