After the most successful season to date, Canton High School Girls Varsity Soccer was seeded #1 in the Hockomock League Hockomock Cup and due to play on November 11. The night before, the team received the devastating news that they were unable to compete in the tournament due to potential exposure to COVID-19 the previous week. The Canton girls team wore masks throughout the entirety of the outdoor activity the team participated in, is willing to be tested, and no one is showing symptoms of COVID-19.

We have adhered to the rules set by the league all season and not giving us the chance to compete in something we earned is not only devastating but extremely unfair.
