How they make foolish to a common man

I went to our state higher education minister with my local MLA (dated 10th March, 2016) and told him our issue. His PA made a call to the chairman of the respective private university. He told that the documents are in court collect from there. Simultaneously I wrote to AICTE and AICTE sent my representation to the respective institute. In reply of that representation the registrar of the University made false statement and first time admitted that we just take documents for verification and asking to the applicant for many times but he did not come to the University. While they never responded my any communication.
