First step taken by state Govt

After my letter (written to all news paper and education minister and CM office). They just published a news in Dainik Bhaskar, page No. 3 date 28th April 2016 that they are going to frame private universities niyamak commission. But they did not revet to me or taken action on my complain. The heading is not matching with contents and looks like to misguide the reader.
