I believe the 'No Turning Left' scheme is unnecessary as it is causing issues. It is making the journey harder to the Main Police Station which means it makes it harder for civilians to report crimes! It is not a hazard to turn left on that road. It makes it a massive hassle for the civilians and emergency services. As long as the traffic lights are managed accordingly it will reduce the risk.
