Have you ever been stuck trying to exit Watford Junction car park? Or played frogger with turning taxis?

It can take up to 40 minutes to exit Watford Junction car park. The combination of 2 car parks, taxis turning, and cars dropping off with an extremely narrow underpass causes a bottleneck which is a danger to cars and pedestrians and causes long delays. The car park is no longer barrier controlled so more exits can be opened up with minimal cost. In fact, roads entering into the car park from St Albans Road and Penn Road appear to have been blocked. We ask London Midland, Meteor Parking and Watford Borough council to reopen these roads to alleviate the pressure around the station.
