Thousands of us have bought tickets for Metaldays Festival in 2020.

Because of Covid-19, it was canceled.

Then, the organisers promised a refund, made us fill up a form to get it, or asked us for donations.

Since then, many deadlines for these refunds have been announced, but we never got our money back. 

They never answer to the emails, flout us on social media with posts making fun of the ones who were complaining.

2022 edition of the festival passed, prices abuses have been reported, they are organising a 2023 edition, but still no refund.

This is enough, we want our money back.
