Meta has been false suspending and disabling people’s Instagram and Facebook due to their new AI system implemented into their apps.  The AI seems to not be scanning things right getting people’s accounts disabled. Meta has a feature making the person appeal their account and have Meta’s team review their accounts whether if it did violate their Community Guidelines or not. These accounts are later basically left on delivered by Metas team. Meta claims that it takes over a day for them to review the appeals. There are thousands of hundreds of people that have been waiting 6 months max for their appeal review. Pictures, memories, messages are all gone. Meta has a support team but you have to pay $14.99 USD a month for Meta Verified subscription. The Meta Support team does absolutely nothing. There are many support teams like Steam who are amazing at their job! But for Meta it’s like talking to a wall, maybe even a dog just to be generous. Meta does nothing to help. “Hello! My account was suspended for something I didn’t do i’m pretty confused whatever I did I apologize” “Hey! We’re sorry for this inconvenience. We’ll forward your account to our specialized team to get it back up!” (15 minutes later) “Were very sorry but unfortunately we can’t do anything to help. Your appeal has been sent already might as well wait for our appeal team to review it.” Which I understand but do YOU not understand how frustrating it is trying to get my account back but i’ve literally been waiting for 3 whole months??? That’s just for suspended accounts don’t get me started on DISABLED accounts.

There are people who submit legal complaints threatening to sue Meta if they don’t bring up their accounts. Meta ends up doing just that. But if you go through their official support team they won’t do jack shit. “You gotta wait for our specialized team” Bro FUCK your specialized team. You mfs are hiring pigs as your team members. I understand there’s a crazy flood of people coming in trying to get their accounts back but let’s track back to WHY. Your stupid ass unstable AI scanning bots scanning our messages and falsely suspending us for nothing.

Meta seems to acknowledge this problem but isn’t doing anything about it because it gets people to pay their subscription for support and make money. Yes you’re a company and your goal is to make money but dude you are already billions of billions of dollars rich and you can’t help me with my account? Metas support tickets often take even weeks of a process but for some people their subscription will come to an end before any other response, making them pay even more.

Meta, review our accounts properly please. Fix the AI because that’s the main reason.
