My account was hacked on July 26th at 1:23pm by Zach King! I know the exact time because I found an email from meta (Facebook) saying they thought something was wrong. But I wasn't in my email and someone took hold of my account and changed the email and then the name. I use my account for a slew of things such as MEtA quest or logging into other apps. (that's what they want you to do) but now almost 10 hours later and I am no closer to getting this resolved and I have no way or idea of where to go to get help. Not to mention - I work doing social media marketing and to need access this account for work!

it's ridiculous that there is no way to get help at Meta from an actual person - or even an email - even though my clients have spent a lot and this is part of my job! I have the proof in my email that I was hacked but I don't have anyway to contact anyone to share that info that it's been hacked.. I filled out the form but they changed the email.. And it won't go through. The other form keeps saying error.. So now what? Now I'm just stuck! Why don't they provide customer service? This is beyond ridiculous.. As someone who provides service for so many including Instagram and WhatsApp… they need to provide customer support. This is not right and they need to rectify this or we need to boycott! No more ad money until we can reach them when we need to! 

Edit: After searching all day and night  I have found no ways to fix this! Why is this acceptable? Why should I have to contact government officials or pay 3rd party people to help me rectify this?! This business practice of bare bones operations but reap the all the benefits needs to be fixed. We need to demand better from companies we do business with. There needs to be human beings at this company to help us in our time of need! This should not be acceptable. The AI bots haven't just affected me but also the companies I work with! What happens if…you get suspended for no reason or you get hacked or your account is drained thousands of dollars..or your quest can't turn on or your games are gone along with your profile. Don't wait for your business Instagram page to be taken away or disabled for no reason. You'll wish you would have signed this petition and brought light to a greedy company that doesn't care if you need help! Don't wait to be a victim - be a part of the solution.
