Studies have shown that face-to-face learning is more effective than online learning. The students of Messiah College have paid for in-class learning and are now not receiving that. Many professors are not even teachings classes through zoom, which makes learning even more difficult. The administration should calculate how much money they’re saving from doing classes online, and then calculate that into the refund amount. This would help the majority of our students who are already facing financial struggles due to the COVID-19 crisis. With enough support, we can convince Messiah College to give refunds.
