Hello Whitecaps Management,

We, the undersigned ticket holders and soccer fans demand a refund and transparency from Vancouver Whitecaps FC regarding the match on May 25th against InterMiami. You advertised that Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez would play in the match, charging a premium price for tickets. However, it has now been revealed that neither player will participate.

We feel misled and taken advantage of, and we request:

1. A full refund for our tickets to compensate the huge disappointment.

2. Transparency regarding the team's advertising practices

3. A guarantee that the team will not mislead fans in the future

We urge the Vancouver Whitecaps FC to take responsibility for their actions and prioritise their fans' trust and satisfaction.
