The Merion Mercy Academy seniors of 2020 deserve to walk across the stage for their accomplishments and success throughout their schooling. It is unfair to simply cancel normal ceremonies and move the graduation to virtual premises because the seniors are unable to experience what every other person has been able to feel. Virtual graduation is extremely unrealistic . Please take the minds of the seniors into consideration before taking away an experience of a lifetime. They already are missing traditions and special memories that can never be replaced. They have already had their hearts are broken and they did nothing to deserve this. Senior year is not meant to end so abruptly and unfinished. Postponing graduation will allow seniors who have worked so hard and achieved so much to eventually experience the ceremony they deserve. The principal of our school has assured us that they will have some sort of celebration for the class of 2020. This petition is in case Governor Wolf does not agree .Please show Please sign and share this petition for Merion Mercy Academy class of 2020.
