MERCY FOR MAX . Release Max from council kennels

MERCY FOR MAX . Release Max from council kennels
The Issue
Mercy for Max - release Max from Council kennels.
Max is a five month old puppy who has been seized by dog wardens of Lisburn and Castlereagh Council Northern Ireland as a suspected Pit bull type dog. It is the view of the council that Max should be euthanised under BSL.
Max was admitted into the care of Lisburn and Castlereagh Council on Monday 9th December after being found as a stray. Although a stray, Max made lasting impressions on those who came into touch and it is this army of people who continue to fight for Max. As of now, Max remains in the cruel confinements of council kennels - missing out on valuable puppy developmental time.
Supported by leading welfare organisations and expert witnesses Lisburn and Castlereagh council are urged to release Max immediately to his waiting home and postpone any follow up independent assessment on his breed identification to a time when Max is of an appropriate adult age.
We call for dog lovers of Northern Ireland and afar to come show your support and urge the council to follow the recommended advice from expert accounts which would see Max freed to a loving home that is waiting for him and allow him to receive a truly independent third part assessment when he is of an appropriate age.
Please show for Mercy for Max.
