The Merchant Token has launched an ICO to start a project about online payment.

Today, a lot of initial investors want explanations or even intend MTO in European court for abusing people.

This is important for investors to aware and do legal actions against Merchant Token if the company don't want to clarify the situation.

Several things pushed people to think that they have been scammed/abused.

- They were no 200.000K investors but 57.000 more or less.

-They have changed the listing on their website from the 12th of July to 6th of July; with no actual notice. They also changed the terms and conditions of the website (Proofs by investors can be provide.)

-They delayed the ICO, and provide tokens with delay ( some of investors who haven't receive their tokens yet.)

- There is no evidence of burned token, liquidity provided.
