Unusual hike in electricity bill citizens and housing society MC demands rectification.

On behalf of Mumbaikers ,I wish to convey our grievances to you Hon'ble. Sir expressing our protest against MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company), Tata Power and Adani Electricity, alleging that the power discoms have sent unusually high power bills with inaccurate meter readings. Where in average monthly use to be between Rs 2,000 - 3,000-Rs 4,000. However, in June many bill was between Rs 5000 to Rs 30,000 and more.

We wish to complain regarding his steep hike in electricity bill and that too in this difficult time of Corona Pandamic. The citizens have been going to a very difficult time and this sudden rise in the electric bill is causing serious tension and mental agony to many citizens. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately. There is a cut in salary's and many have lost their job. Business has been effected and the citizens cannot handle such high prices.

We request you Hon'ble. Sir to intervene and take up this issue seriously and direct the respective agency's to solve this issue at the earliest.
