In the time of Tesla electric cars, Amazon drone deliveries, and Venmo mailing paper rebates is archaic and outdated. The Menards rebate system implemented by Rebates International is intentionally set up so that prices can be advertised as lower and then a large amount of customers forget to submit the rebates.
