In-person classes on Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) campuses were suspended as of the end of the day on Tuesday March 17th as a preventative measure to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus, putting the health and safety of students first.

Remote delivery of classes is scheduled to begin on Monday March 23.

When most students paid tuition and fees, they did so with the expectation to receive face-to-face teaching and some courses have elements that cannot be done remotely.

Along with tuition, some of the other fees include: Recreation Fee, Campus Renewal Fee, Student Services Fee, etc.

It is not fair to students that they are not receiving what they signed up for.

We are asking MUN to give partial refunds to all students.
