Justice for Brittany & Aiden Thomas

Justice for Brittany & Aiden Thomas
The Issue
No parole for the convicted drunk driver who senselessly killed 21 year old Brittany Thomas along with her 10 month old precious baby boy Aiden. On Feb 27, 2010, Brittany and her son Aiden were on their way to Walmart. She was driving on Alcoa Hwy when a drunk driver, 3 times over the legal limit and speeding up to 80 miles an hour, lost control of his car flying through the median, landing on her car killing them both. The Tennessee Board of Parole will hold a parole hearing Jan 7, 2014 for Jeffrey Knight to see if he is eligible for parole. When is enough ENOUGH? He was sentenced 10 years for Brittany's death and 10 years for Aiden's, which is being ran concurrent. His sentence ends in 2021 so why would he be paroled after serving less than 3 years while Brittany & Aiden's family and friends recieved a life sentence? What was their life worth? Well Brittany was a 21 year old loving mother to Aiden, she was a daughter to her best friend (her Mom, Darlene), a sister, niece, cousin, friend and co-worker. She was attending Pellissippi Community College studying to become a RN and had dreams of entering the Air Force, she worked full time and was ready to take on the world. She was a beautiful, outgoing, ambitious young lady that wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. And our sweet Aiden, he was a 10 month old loving, curious, handsome, precious baby. Help Brittany, Aiden and their family make a difference by signing this petition to get JUSTICE FOR BRITTANY & AIDEN! NO EARLY PAROLE for the man that took 2 innocent precious lives away. The impact on their family, friends, the community, the police force and first responders will last a lifetime. Do not release Jeffrey Knight on parole. Thank you and God Bless!
