- Once upon a time Local 121RN was a recognized powerhouse with a RN as the Executive Director in charge and we need that back.
- Local 121RN needs a responsible Executive Director who has Healthcare or Nursing Experience and who will follow the Bylaws and Constitution of our local and parent company.
- Transparency is necessary to the Executive Board and the membership at large.
- As members of Local 121RN we should want to know where our dues are going and when members ask for receipts it should never be denied.
- The Finance Committee was seated two month ago and so far has been denied requests for financial information from the Executive Director on several pertinent items.
- This pandemic has shown us that we need someone who wants to do more for us frontline workers. Moreover, Board meetings are non-productive because the time is being spent attacking current officers and those with different opinions.
- Please join me in signing the petition to direct your Executive Board not to renew
- contract and open up a nationwide search for a more suitable replacement.
