We, the members of Inshape of Manteca, are writing to express our disappointment regarding Sean’s departure as General Manager and to respectfully request that the company reconsider its decision and reinstate him as General Manager. 

Sean has been a tremendous asset as General Manager to our gym community. His welcoming attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for members created an environment where people felt comfortable, motivated, and valued. For many of us, Sean was one of the primary reasons we joined the gym and continued our memberships.

Sean also treated his employees with kindness, respect, and genuine care. His leadership fostered a positive work culture, and that was reflected in the welcoming, supportive environment that members experienced every day. His ability to lead with compassion benefited both his team and the gym community as a whole. 

While we understand that employment decisions are ultimately made by the company, we want corporate leadership to know the positive impact Sean has had on countless members. His leadership fostered a strong sense of community that is difficult to replace.

We respectfully ask that the company review its decision and consider reinstating Sean. We hope our voices demonstrate how much his presence has meant to so many members who make this gym their fitness home. We give our permission to corporate to voice  our support at any re-instatement hearing or meeting.
