STOP THE DEVEOPMENT OF OUR GREEN BELT - HS15

The massive development of the green belt land behind Marshall's garage known as HS15 must be stopped. The village has already accepted more than their fair share of developments with surrounding villages appearing to avoid any development. There is also massive developments underway in WGC & Stevenage. The HS15 development will double the size of the village, the infrastructure of the village will not cope, the drainage within the village is bad now and this will only be increased by the development, the roads are dangerous enough now without being doubled, the school is full and the development will no doubt increase class sizes even further.

The benefits the developer is trying to peddle are ludicrous as most wouldn't be needed if we didn't have the development in the first place.

The land owner, WHC planners and developers are riding rough shot over the village and we need to make our voices heard.
